长期从事教育、牧养与生命关怀相关工作。多年来，他持续扎根真实的教育与家庭现场，关注不同年龄阶段的人在成长、关系与信仰中的内在需要，尤其重视家庭对生命塑造的基础性作用。他认为，教育并非知识与规范的简单传递，而是一个人被理解、被引导，并在真实关系与生活中逐渐长起来的过程。
在系统学习并实践 SDE 发生学体系的过程中，他把多年的教育与牧养经验纳入更清晰的结构，持续探索教育、家庭与生命成长背后的发生机制。其为人朴实，重实践而少言说，致力于让思想重新进入真实生活，并在具体关系中承担责任。
A long-time worker in education, pastoral ministry and the care of persons. For years he has stayed close to real classrooms and real families, attending to what people of different ages need as they grow — in their relationships and in their faith — and holding that the family is the ground on which a life is shaped. Education, in his view, is not the plain transfer of knowledge and norms, but the slow growth of a person who is understood, guided, and formed inside real relationships and ordinary life.
Studying and practising the SDE framework has let him bring years of educational and pastoral experience into a clearer structure, and he keeps looking for the mechanisms of genesis beneath education, family and the growth of a life. Plain in manner, longer on practice than on talk, he works to let thought re-enter real life and to carry responsibility inside concrete relationships.
