这个专栏只做一件事:把同一个问题,交给两个范式,各答一遍,然后把两份答卷并排摊开。不是为了分个高下,而是因为——只有并排摆着,你才看得见那个平时看不见的东西:范式不是回答问题的方法,范式决定了你能问出什么问题。第一组实验,用的是同一个提问、同一副工具(模态三宫:粒子 · 波 · 场),只换一副眼睛。

This column does one thing: hand the same question to two paradigms, let each answer in full, then lay the two answers side by side. Not to crown a winner — but because only side by side does the invisible thing show: a paradigm is not a method for answering questions; it decides which questions you can ask at all. Set I uses one question and one instrument (the modal triad: particle · wave · field) — and swaps only the eyes.

本专栏第一篇哲学文学体——用一段虚构的恩怨,装一条真实的判断。1820年代的柏林,叔本华把黑格尔当成必须刺杀的对象,却不知道那台运转了两千五百年的哲学机器,出厂时只有两条腿:巴门尼德的 S 与赫拉克利特的 D,第三条腿 E 从未装上。叔本华握住了 D(意志·波·品行),一条没有河床的河;黑格尔握住了 S(绝对精神·场·德性)——而他的方法本身就是发生:1807年他已亲手写下「没有一样东西可以在它的发生史之外被理解」,替「发现」下了死刑判决书,是整部哲学史里离「发生」最近的一次,却只差最后一口气——他把还在流的河,冻成了终点的冰。一场刺杀,最后照见的不是谁胜谁负,而是「我」如何不再问「我是谁」,而开始问「我如何成为」。理论底本:《西方哲学2500年》与《SDE本体论》。

The column's first philosophical tale — a fictional feud carrying a real judgment. In 1820s Berlin, Schopenhauer treats Hegel as a target to be assassinated, never seeing that the 2,500-year machine they both stand on left the factory with two legs only — Parmenides' S and Heraclitus' D — its third leg E never installed. Schopenhauer grasped D (will · wave · conduct), a river with no bed; Hegel grasped S (absolute spirit · field · virtue) — and his very method was genesis: in 1807 he had already written that nothing can be understood outside its history of coming-to-be, the closest anyone ever came to genesis — short only one breath, freezing the living river into an endpoint.

Using the knife of "What Is a Thing?", this essay deconstructs four accounts of the object at once: Kant's thing-in-itself, Schopenhauer's Will, Hegel's thing-as-appearance-of-the-Idea, and scientific realism's world of objective bricks. Four seeming rivals are four stations on one road of letting go of the pre-given object — and SDE takes the last step none of them dared: no pre-given object anywhere, only genesis — never self-capping, no bare bottom, three realms co-shown, the subject not at the origin. With a unified diagnostic table, five objections-and-replies, two falsification conditions, and a self-referential discipline turned on SDE itself.

Treating a thing as a pre-given object is a double concealment. This essay rewrites the thing from pre-given object into genesis-occurring substance: not discovered, but an entanglement-aggregate generated by the three sensory subject-object wholes (visual, auditory, tactile). Even Locke's primary qualities are differentials; subject, object and interaction are only illumination-slices of one SIO. With phlogiston's death and the mirage as evidence, in direct contrast with Aristotle, Berkeley, Kant, Whitehead and structural realism — checked against relativity, quantum measurement, and medicine's plural thing-units (lesion / pattern / dosha).

This is the reigning mainstream, and it genuinely works. Yet the defense keeps retreating: plug one hole, the tool opens three.

整体是「聚」出来的,不是「收」来的。这不是学生缺整体,而是成整体的发生根本没点火——占有可以事后补发,发生只能当场亲历。A whole is gathered, not received. The student does not lack a whole — the occurrence of wholing never ignited. Possession can be reissued later; occurrence can only be lived through on the spot.药方Remedy 让 AI 当差异发生器,不当成品交付器——抛出碎片、张力、反例,逼整体在学生这里真的发生一次。Make AI a difference generator, not a product deliverer — throw out fragments, tensions, counter-examples.
粒子PARTICLE稳定Stability
工具一拿走,「知识」当场蒸发。作业篇篇满分,闭卷考试断崖式下跌——像贴在桌角的小抄,铃声一响什么都不剩。Take the tool away and the knowledge evaporates. Perfect homework, cliff-drop exams — like a cheat sheet taped to the desk: the bell rings, nothing remains.药方Remedy 闭卷、手写、当堂完成——把测量搬回没有工具的现场。Closed-book, handwritten, in-class — move measurement back to a tool-free setting.
稳定是被解决的差异沉淀下来的。稳定度为零,不是仓储故障——是这里根本没有任何差异,被拿去解决过。Stability is resolved difference, settled. Zero retention is not a storage fault — no difference was ever taken up and resolved here at all.药方Remedy AI 尽情抛出未解决的差异,但把「解决」这一步的权利,留在学生手里。Let AI throw unresolved differences freely — but keep the act of resolving in the student's hands.
粒子PARTICLE独立Independence
我们本想培养「独立的知者」,得到的却是「一个与 AI 绑定的操作员」:工具在,无所不能;工具走,寸步难行。We meant to raise an independent knower; we got an operator bound to the tool. With it, omnipotent; without it, stranded.药方Remedy 过程留痕:草稿、修改记录、中间版本。Process traces: drafts, revision logs, intermediate versions.
独立是发生完成的签名。学生握着的是借来的粒子,不是自己生成的——发生被外包了,所以签名永远不出现。Independence is the signature of a completed occurrence. The student holds a borrowed particle. The occurrence was outsourced, so the signature never arrives.药方Remedy 让 AI 驱动学生自己的发生,而不是替他发生。Use AI to drive the student's own occurrence — never to perform it for him.
WAVE轨迹Trajectory
学生一步跨到终点,中间那段路一步没走。把题目里的数字换一个,他立刻就崩了——他拥有的是终点,不是通往终点的路。One leap to the endpoint, the middle stretch never walked. Change one number and he collapses — he owns the destination, not the road to it.药方Remedy show your work,逼他把中间那段路补走完。Show your work — force him back through the middle stretch.
路是被裁出来的,不是被走的。在路被裁出来之前,根本没有轨迹可跳;AI 交付终点,意味着这条路永远不被裁——自由律被关掉了。A path is cut, not walked. Before it is cut there is no trajectory to skip; delivering the endpoint means the path is never cut at all — the law of freedom is switched off.药方Remedy 抛出「路还不存在于这个学生」的问题。AI 能帮着抛,但不能替着裁。Pose problems whose path does not yet exist for this student. AI may help throw; it must not cut.
WAVE速度Speed
虚假的快:飙升的是搬运的速度,长本事的速度纹丝未动。像全靠导航开车十年的人,关掉导航依旧认不得路。A false speed: what soars is haulage; competence has not budged. Like someone who drove by GPS for ten years and still cannot find the road without it.药方Remedy 抵抗效率崇拜,主动慢下来。Resist the efficiency cult; deliberately slow down.
提速本身就是病:为速度而优化,是 D3 的过度优化——高效而贫血。这病早在 AI 之前就有了,AI 只是那台终极提速器。The drive to accelerate is itself the disease: optimizing for speed is D3 over-optimization — efficient and anemic. The illness predates AI; AI is merely the ultimate accelerator.药方Remedy 刻意护住余裕与摩擦;只在不涉及发生的苦力活上,才放心用快。Guard slack and friction on purpose; spend the speed only on drudgery where nothing occurs.
WAVE粘性Friction
摩擦被系统性抹平,而摩擦正是让知识粘住的那部分力气。查字典很费事,可正因为费事你记住了;问 AI 一秒就懂,转头就忘。Friction is systematically smoothed away — and friction is exactly the effort that makes knowledge stick. The dictionary is a chore, and that chore is why you remember; ask AI and it's gone by the next breath.药方Remedy 把「必要难度」请回来:手写、口试、限时、禁用工具。Bring back desirable difficulties: handwriting, orals, time limits, tool bans.
摩擦就是发生从内部的体感——你感到的那股阻力,就是那束还没被解决的差异本身。抹掉它,就是抹掉发生,没有别的。AI 在学生的模式转换点火之前,就抢先把张力释放了。Friction is what occurrence feels like from inside — the resistance you feel is the unresolved difference itself. Erase it and you erase the occurrence, nothing less. AI discharges the tension before the student's own switch ignites.药方Remedy 让 AI 制造更狠的摩擦:「现在把你自己的答案打破」「从相反的立场再论证一遍」。摩擦当催化剂,不当障碍。Have AI manufacture harsher friction: “now break your own answer,” “argue it from the opposite side.” Friction as catalyst, not obstacle.
FIELD连接Connection
AI 成了替代知识源,师生与生生的关系网被削弱。从前一道难题会在宿舍夜谈里争到面红耳赤,如今各自问一句 AI 便就此了结。AI becomes a substitute source and the web of relations thins. A hard problem once sparked an argument late in the dorm; now each asks AI privately and it's over.药方Remedy 用制度手段把关系补回来:小班、导师制、更多面对面。Rebuild relations institutionally: small classes, tutorials, more face time.

FIELD次序Order
先修依赖被随意越过——还没弄懂微积分,也能让 AI「用上」微积分把题做完。地基被跳过,学生悬浮在自己并未搭起的高层之上。Prerequisites are freely leapfrogged — calculus not understood, yet AI “uses” calculus to finish the problem. The foundation is skipped; the student floats on a storey he never built.药方Remedy 强制次序,把先修依赖管得更严。Enforce the order; police prerequisites harder.
知识没有内在的学习顺序。那副次序是一副发生的脚手架,为一个特定的 E——只有人类在处理知识——临时搭起来的;而现在 E 变了,脚手架正在失效。Knowledge has no intrinsic learning order. That order is scaffolding for occurrence, raised for one particular E — humans alone handling knowledge. FIELD结构Structure
文凭与能力脱钩:有学位,不一定会做。信号失灵、权威危机、考核方式普遍失效。The credential decouples from competence: a degree no longer implies the work can be done. The signal fails, authority frays, assessment breaks down.药方Remedy 重设结构:新的文凭、新的评价、新的角色,堵住 AI 撕开的信号漏洞。Reset the structure: new credentials, new assessment, new roles, to plug the signalling leak.
这个场正卡在介生态:旧的显露态(学位即信号、教师即权威)正在死去,新的还没结晶出来。发现学对着旧显露态做心肺复苏;发生学看见的是「正在重生」。The field is stuck in the intergenerative state: the old manifestation — degree-as-signal, teacher-as-authority — is dying and the new has not yet crystallized. Move certification from “hauled it correctly?” to “did it occur?”

AI 没有制造教育的困境。它把教育一直暗藏的困境——把「发生」误当成「发现」——逼到了台面上。困境不是 AI 在毁掉学习,而是一个把学习当搬运的旧范式,撞上了一台搬运得比任何人都好的机器。

AI did not create the education predicament. It forced into the open the one education had been hiding all along — mistaking occurrence for discovery. The trouble is not that AI is destroying learning; it is that an old paradigm treating learning as haulage has collided with a machine that hauls better than anyone.

III 为什么要做对照,而不是直接讲结论Why Contrast, Rather Than Just State the Conclusion

因为一个范式最要命的地方,从来不在它答错的题上,而在它问不出的题上——而这一点,只有把另一副眼睛并排放上来,才看得见。

Because what is fatal about a paradigm is never the questions it answers wrong, but the ones it cannot ask — and that only becomes visible when you set another pair of eyes beside it.

直接讲「世界不是被发现的,是发生的」,听上去像一句口号,你可以点头,也可以不。但如果先让发现学把话说尽——说得精确、扎实、句句落地,甚至承认它确实有用——然后让同一个问题在发生学里再走一遍,你会亲眼看见那道地平线:发现学能没完没了地打补丁,却始终问不出那个更靠底的问题。不是它答错了,是它问不出。

所以这个专栏的规矩是:对照的双方都必须被认真对待。发现学那一篇不是稻草人——它引了生成效应、流畅性错觉、必要难度、测试效应、信号理论、脚手架、实践共同体,是这个领域最好的说法。只有把它写到最强,翻面的那一下才有力道。

Say “the world is not discovered but occurs” outright and it sounds like a slogan — you can nod, or not. But let Discovery speak first, in full, precisely and concretely, and even grant that it genuinely works; then send the same question through Genesis. You will see the horizon yourself: Discovery can patch endlessly and still never ask the question underneath. It is not that it answers wrong. It cannot ask.

Hence this column's rule: both sides must be taken seriously. The Discovery essay is no straw man — it draws on the generation effect, the fluency illusion, desirable difficulties, the testing effect, signalling theory, scaffolding, communities of practice. It is the best the field has to say. Only written at full strength does the flip land.
